    Product feature
    1. Technical tests for poles
Bending and compression tests are done on extended poles to make sure they remain effective and can withstand stresses when the user has to lean on them heavily. Tests are also carried out to assess how the tightening systems cope with pulling, tightening and repeated stress, and pull tests on the tips and handles simulate poles getting stuck when in use.
    2. How to adjust your walking poles?
Hold the poles with your arms bent at a right angle. To adjust them: unscrew the middle section beneath the ring of the lower section, adjust to desired height (in cm), and screw back on firmly but not too tight; repeat with the lower section. NEVER GO OVER THE "STOP LINE", or the pole may break during use.
    3. unscrew the middle section beneath the ring of the lower section, adjust to desired height (in cm), and screw back on firmly but not too tight
When descending, or during raids and other intense outings, you can lengthen your poles. When hiking uphill, use the strap for support; when walking downhill, it's best to remove the strap so the pole won't get in your way if you fall.
    4. How to adjust poles
Always check that the poles are properly tightened before setting off by simulating considerable pressure, tightening further if necessary. Please note: The poles are not designed for holding on to in the event of a fall.

    • Hiking poles - not Carbon fiber holes

Because in name of this item is mentioned CARBON, I expected that material would be manufactured from Carbon fiber. After better look I noticed that it is from Aluminium. This tricky name (CARBON) gives me wrong information and I am disappointed with marketing trick!!!
Not a body from Carbon fiber but Aluminium alloy
